Kki Art - Primordial Energy
Hi there and welcome. I am Nikki Marianna Hope (formerly Nikki Hamburger). This is my website and details some of my artistic works.
For many years I felt it inappropriate to sign my paintings, I was searching for “the right signature” to use. I finally found it - Kki. This is the latter part of my name Nikki.
The word Ki is used by many Europeans to describe Ch’i or Life Force or Energy. The letters Kki form an energy mandala.
Nĭ Hăo is Chinese for Hello, so I could extrapolate that Ni the first part of my name is the first part of Hello, and that Kki is a representation of the Life Force Energy.
My paintings have no “ Names” or “Titles”. They have numbers followed by the date on which they were painted – for example: 1 26.12.2005 the initial number can vary up to 14. I feel that there is a numerology system, this may be Mayan, which will provide the “key” for the energy signature of each painting.
The colours I use “choose me”.
I consciously have no “mind concept” of the outcome
of my paintings,
I allow them to grow, evolve
and paint themselves with myself as the technician.
